5 Power Benefits of Positive Thinking

“Focus on what you are running towards, not running from.”

You want what it looks like you can’t have. If your motivation to live a free and happy life are all inspired from positivity, you know what you do want and neglect identifying what you don’t want. You get only what you focus on.

Ignoring and disappearing from negative energy seems positive, but in reality, acknowledging negative thoughts attracts negative outcomes. (There is a road that seems right, but in the end there is destruction).

Coaching Tip: To use this energy effectively, you must shift all thoughts to positive outcomes. Easier said than done. It’s all about re-programing your subconscious beliefs. The old pattern of thinking that causes the old pattern of outcomes. Let’s chat.

Thoughts create vibration and the law of attraction works with the law of vibration. Although being right about people’s behavior, talking about it attracts more of it. Becoming a Personal Development Trainer has more purpose to being right about people’s behavior over complaining about it. Complaining only vibrates and attracts it. (Did you catch it? How to Create Purpose?) Understanding the Law of Vibration and Attraction: Good or bad, you get what you focus on. Focusing on positive thoughts is where intentions and expectations change facts. This is because your thoughts vibrate the energy that you attract.

Gratitude. There is a seed of equal benefit in each situation. Set intention to see life through the eyes of gratitude. Focusing on feelings of positive energy vibrations shifts the process, outcome and results. It works both ways.

  1. Focus on the Future: When you know what you are running towards you can reach your destination. Allowing your subconscious mind to see your vision makes the difference. Knowing what you want and focusing on receiving it makes every step easier.
  2. Clear Vision: A Definite Plan and Definite Purpose gives clear vision. A clear mental picture of where you are headed will always keep you moving towards where you want to be.
  3. Running Towards: When you focus on what you are running from, somehow, through energy attraction, you bring what you don’t want towards you. When you keep your energy on what you are running towards, you increases the chances of succeeding, and if you never give up, you will succeed.
  4. Friendly Universe: When you believe that you live in a friendly Universe, the world is friendly to you. That’s how blessings arrive. The Universe delivers according to your beliefs about it. Test it, and see how that is true for your own life.
  5. Mindset Change: A stuck mindset keeps you stuck. Transmutation comes by the renewing of your mind. A mind must be free to develop mentally. Old patterns and the way grandma did it will hold you back. It takes practice, but allowing your mind to flow will show you new things. But your mind only does what you allow it to do. Be open, receptive and believe that you can do it differently.

Be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Meditate on whatever is true, noble, just, pure, lovely and of good report. Do this so all your thoughts can give you peace.

“Reclaiming Your Power: The Importance of Setting Boundaries and Remembering Why You Needed Them”

Many times we offend people with the boundaries that we implement for our life. What can we do? Forget our values for a moment? Allow people into our extended boundaries?

Doing none of that is okay.

Here are 5 STAR Points to consider when you are questioning your own boundaries.

1. Remember your why!

Remember how unfulfilling life was when you compromised your values for others? You were not operating in your true authentic self when you allowed unacceptable behavior towards you. You felt exhausted and empty. Probably left emotionally unstable and filled with hurt feelings. You never want to feel like that again, so you got you some boundaries! Good for you!🎉

You are a STAR

2. You are fabulous!

You are quite aware of your values. If others choose not to receive you as you receive yourself, then they are not worth your time. You deserve better boo!

3. You have been through enough already!

It no longer serves you go through the same bad experiences over and over again. You’re to fabulous for that. You are too busy seeking the positive things in life. There’s no need to make yourself available to be hurt by someone who does not respect who you are.

4. You are focused on living your best life.

You have no desire to go back and forth with people about what boundaries you implement to protect your life. You just set them and adjust. Your red flags come up as needed, it’s not like you are calling for them. The universe agrees with what you implement for your life. The signs appear and you adjust when appropriate. Unfortunately, that is at the expense of the person who is trying to cross your boundaries, not you.

5. You get to sleep peacefully at night.

Protecting your heart and your best interest is your thing. When you stand firm to your boundaries you won’t be disappointed with yourself later. You get to sleep peacefully, knowing that you stood up for your self worth and not self sabotage your best interest for the benefit of others bad behavior towards you.

Be proud of yourself for standing your ground by not allowing yourself to be compromised to please others.

How to Build Self-Confidence

If you’re feeling stuck it’s important to recognize that you may be holding yourself back from success. You may have several alibis of why this happens but none of them are true. They may seem true, and it is what you have believed.

For many years I blamed how other people treated me and made me feel was the cause of me loosing focus and energy to achieve my goals, but in fact, it was my mind allowing those things to hold me back. As long as it took me to realize it was me was as long as it took to move forward.

Typical Alibi’s:

No one ever listens

I tired before

My mother said I shouldn’t

They don’t respect me

It’s not the right time

I have other things to do, etc
